We accept payments in US Dollars through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Before items are shipped, full payment must be received and cleared. If you have any payment issues, please contact us immediately; we will make every effort to assist you in any way that we possibly can.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 2 days of its delivery date. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, though we do offer replacement in the event of damaged items. In the very rare event you receive a damaged item, be sure to save all of the contents, packaging and any delivery documentation. Such requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and we will be happy to work something out for you.
We use recycled materials as often as we can towards our efforts to support the Environment and to keep shipping & handling costs as low as possible. Items are wrapped in recycled paper or plastic and placed inside a sturdy padded envelope or shipping box that is filled with other recycled packaging materials for extra padding.
We ship within the United States using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. All items are sent within 1-5 business days after your payment has cleared (excluding weekends and holidays).* The Delivery Confirmation Number will be sent to you at the email address attached to your order.
All of products are hand-crafted, giving you the personal touch that’s missing from the world of mass production. Happily for us, they’re in high demand and sell very quickly, so we keep an inventory on hand in order to fulfill your orders within 1 – 5 days. Sometimes, however, the demand outweighs our supply, and it could take us up to two weeks to hand craft, package and ship the items to you.
